Available as 2+1fin set up or single fin .Carpets have proven themselves for years as a great addition to any quiver, and have been one of the most popular mid length shapes since Nineplus conceived of the idea back in the 90's going on to trademark theirs the 'Magic Carpet'. Most shapers these days have their own version of a 'Carpet'. The shape inherits many of its traits from a longboard ... Nose and tail widths are similar to longboard dimensions, with plenty of width all the way through the board, and the rocker is kept low with just enough lift in the nose to allow for late drops, and a little kick in the tail to help facilitate sharper turns. Bottom contours vary depending on whether you opt for a single fin or 2+1 set up. Both have subtle Vee through the tail to assist rail to rail transitions, but the two plus one has double concave added to the Vee to work with the side fins creating lift, speed and drive. Available from 6'6 to 7'6 with widths and thickness varying accordingly.
